Yeah, well, so did I... but you gotta play the hand you're dealt. And our PG play doesn't look like it will be getting any better any time soon.

You know the schedule's consistently tough when that schedule is viewed as easing up.

There's nothing remotely impressive about that schedule. Any BCS league team that plays a slate less arduous than that should be held up to ridicule.

Hat are you least impressed with Pearl because of the style of offense he chooses to run? He also does not seem to0 go after size or atleast that is what I gather.

Just having Kansas and Memphis on the schedule makes it more impressive than the majority of BCS league teams, so a lot of programs should thus be held to ridicule.

Do you really think the schedule is that bad? Kansas, @Memphis, @USC, Virgin Islands (Purdue).

What are you talking about? Tenn gets to play the object of your undying love and devotion, Twice. According to the way you speak of him, any team with King Cal on their schedule, TWICE, should not be ridiculed.

So...Playing a national championship contender (Kansas), another NCAA Tourney team (USC), a veteran Purdue team (possibly), AT Memphis (a school you seem to salivate over), and Kentucky TWICE (another possible national Championship contender AND the home of your beloved coach) is not impressive to you?

Would you care to elaborate on what would be impressive? Or should I go ask the steaming pile of cow dung to not stink?

Memphis will be lucky to be a Top 40 team. USC likely won't be a Top 50 team. Purdue is the only top notch team in the Paradise Jam. The schedule is nothing impressive.

Well, it appears my proposed experiment never got off the ground. Either that or somebody can't read.

Because he knew Cal would leave and all the recruits from the "Memphis Mega Class" would leave as well?

They play Memphis every year. I guess we should laud Wade Houston for taking on the Tigers during his tenure.

It shouldn't be viewed as a negative or positive. The past couple of years it's helped the schedule and because Cal left and most of the recruits did too, it won't help.

I don't see why BP should be ridiculed or praised for Memphis' situation.

I'm simply saying that having Memphis on the schedule in '09-'10 is nothing to get excited about.
