Terrico White is thinking about a transfer to Tennessee. Apparently his fiancee is coming here. Just a rumor though. TIFWIW |

| His girlfriend is Lauren Avant, who is a Junior for Lausanne in Memphis. She has been "committed" to the Lady Vols since she was in the 8th grade. She will be a good PG for the LVs in the future.
Last I heard, White was trying to help Ole Miss convince Avant to switch her pledge to the Lady Rebs. it does not appear that is going to happen. | |

| Why are we so gung ho on getting transfers and juco players? It has never worked to go after transfer players in an attempt to develop a solid roster. However, Pearl keeps doing it. Can't he just recruit kids out of high school and let them develop in his system?
Please don't try to validate your argument by saying that TSmith is a good indicator that it does work. He's a once in a blue moon transfer who should have been at UT in the first place.
JP is a bust considering his rivals ranking (and complete lack of a shot), B Maze is about what one would expect out of a three star kid out of high school who is a transfer player...

| there is a big difference between maze and prince, and then tyler smith??? bobby maze was nothing at oklahoma, and jp prince was nothing at arizona so there wasnt much expectations realistically. tyler was something at iowa and made conference all freshman team so yea that would be the difference. terrico white is as god if not better than tyler as a freshman. the kid can flat out play no questions asked, now with that said do i think this is true? NO!!! i just dont see a player with his talent transferring and having to sit out a year, because he wont ge immediate eligibility, and then picking up again. he may not get the minutes he did this year because of chris warren comingback buti just dnt see somebody with his talent and likelihood of a nba future transferring and having to sit out a year.
