Follow these rules and you'll soon be a game thread making super star - but then you'll quickly retire from it after about 5-10 game threads. This should be stickied.

Pretty spot on.....The "Series" thing is a little annoying.

Start a thread, (of course knowing it will be successful since you dub it the game thread), but stay around and bring something to the table besides just starting the thread. After a little while maybe you could be qualified like Bassmanbruno spoke of...

You can count on something every year during the Kentucky game....retire Ernie or Bernies' number....retire John Ward mic.....recognize some successful UT former athlete.
I say they honor Alan Houston tonight or will it be Don Devoe...it is like clock work when Kentucky comes to Knoxville.
Dont get me wrong I am a season ticket holder but the drama that the university pulls for the Kentucky game is a bit predictable.
