| | VN GURU | At The End Of The Weekend: Here are my closing thoughts:
1. The SEC is awful. LSU is the only team in the league that hasn't embarrassed themselves at least once.
2. Jay Bilas is right, if Gonzaga and Memphis can claim the mid major label doesn't apply to them, Xavier can do the same. Sean Miller is proving to be the best in a long line of quality coaches at X.
3. Philadelphia has the worst run airport in the United States. It's not even close.
4. Multiple trips to Abner's this weekend have undoubtedly done wonders for my cholesterol count. Cardiologists should franchise the place and put one in every strip mall in America.
5. Ed Stefanski better hope the Sixers start playing well. Even in a town as tough as Philadelphia, firing a universally beloved legend is dicey business.
6. The COBL appears to have had enough of Donovan McNabb. Sending him home to Chicago might be best for everyone involved.
7. The Sports Animal crew should be forced to listen to WIP every waking hour for a week. That's how you do sports radio.
8. Joe Lunardi is sharp. When I talked to him before the game yesterday, here is what he said: "This game sets up really well for Temple. Christmas can get 30 plus against these guys."
9. Tennessee-Villanova next year at the Wachovia Center would have a nice ring to it.
10. If, as appears inevitable, Norm Roberts is shown the door at St. John's, expect PJ Carlesimo's to surface. Posted via VolNation Mobile

So far, the airport is 100% at screwing something up. The concourse layout is excellent at turning small problems into gigantic ones, and the fact that it is a United hub doesn't help. It still gets my vote as #1. |

| The Philly Airport is a mess with all of the renovations they are doing. |
