| I'm not sure, but just from a few things I've saw
*He's really slow
*His offensive game is terrible. I saw him miss 3 layups, and then completely brick 2 4 foot jumpers in warmups.
So unless he plays some amazing defense, I don't see him really getting any playing time until next season. | |

| He's not slow - he's actually pretty athletic for his frame. But - he just sucks at this point and isn't near confident enough and is way too raw offensively and is prone to fouling a lot on defense where he's good.
He has an OK stroke though. Well he did in high school atleast. Saw him hit a few three pointers - made everyone I saw him take. |

| Yeah - haven't heard any grade issues - thats not it. He's just not close to ready for SEC play foul issues or not. He'll be taking a red shirt for sure. | |

| I heard he use to play lazy in high school...However after hearing some reports from practice a month ago or so sounded like that wasn't a problem. I hope the reason he isn't playin is like you said he is too raw on offense and therefore would be better off redshirting this season. Surely Bruce wouldn't tolerate laziness. | |

| The reason he is not playing was stated above and is very simple....
He is not good enough....I have my doubts of him being able to stick it out with this team for the next five years....
Sidenote: What is Childress' deal? I know he is not good enough to play but is he just riding pine? | |

| I went to the same high school as him and watched many of his game. He has improved so much since high school, its crazy. I do believe he will be redshirted unless they get into major injury trouble this year.
