Alabama has won five SEC road games this season.

Tennessee is 4-4 at home in SEC play.

SEC All-Freshman Team candidate Grant Williams leads the Vols in rebounding, blocks and total steals. He is also UT’s top scorer in SEC play (14.1 ppg).

Williams’ 57 blocks are the third-most in a single season in program history. He’s 6-5.

Snap Tennessee’s three-game losing skid.

Stand as Tennessee’s 16th victory of the season, exceeding last season’s 34-game win total of 15.

Give Rick Barnes a 5-6 head coaching record against schools at which he has once worked (he’s 0-2 vs. Alabama, 0-1 vs. Ohio State, 2-0 vs. Providence, 0-1 vs. Clemson, 2-2 vs. Tennessee).

I would also like to thank YankeeVol for these great threads throughout the regular season.

Just a note of interest, Alabama's freshman starting forward, 6'8", 225# Braxton Key was a lock to Tennessee with his best friend, point guard Braxton Bonds, also from Nashville, playing here as a walk on. He would have probably gone on scholarship had he remained with the program.

I don't think that you understand what a "lock" is.

If CDT had signed all the players he supposedly had locked up, then the Vols would have had 25 players on the roster and would have had to start a JV team. What an incredible recruiter.
