While I disagree with his line of thinking it's all gonna come out to the same at the end...

The teams he has included are either going to lose and find themselves near that 4 game mark, or they're going to win and boost their respective RPI's. Most bracketologists seem to prefer using a middle ground for teams with decent records, RPI, SOS and remaining schedules and projecting a bit. Palm opts to pretty much just look at W/L and ignore the other stuff until the last few days when having to decide between teams for last couple spots.

Out of 116 brackets on the matrix only 1 has Alabama, Providence and Rhode Island in the field...that's Jerry Palm.

Palm ends up being right so he has credibility. But he can't put out the same bracket as Joey L. He has to be different or he has no product to speak of.
