Tennessee will visit Mississippi State on Feb. 4.

Tennessee true freshman Grant Williams, who stands 6-5, ranks among the top-40 shot blockers in Division I.

According to the Sagarin Ratings, Tennessee’s strength- of-schedule ranks third in the country.

Lamonté Turner is averaging 13.0 points and 3.7 assists over UT’s last three games.

Snap Tennessee's two-game home losing skid.

Stand as the Volunteers' first SEC home win this season.

Improve Rick Barnes' all-time coaching record against Mississippi State to 5-0.

Getting less and less fun to watch these new coaches beat up on us and recruit better talent. Honeymoon about over with coach.

Yea, not sure what you are watching. The talent is there with some needed inside help. We just don't have immediate impact players. We have guys who need some time to develop.

Also, what new coaches? Barnes beat Bryce Drew. Lost to White at UF, who inherited some talent. Everyone else was an established coach, and he beat Howland last year. What am I missing?

Yes he is. Barnes has only lost to one new coach in conference play and other losses to UNC, Gonzaga, Oregon, Wisconsin, and a UTC team that has played several years together.

People will believe anything.

You're right.......especially about RB getting UT to prominence

??

Out of the new coaches that we played this year, we have only played Vanderbilt's Bryce Drew and Florida's Mike White. Which we are 1-1. Florida's program was left in the best shape compared to the other programs who hired coaches.

This year, we haven't played Bama/Auburn and we are finally playing MSU.

So, tell me what other new coaches have beaten us?
