This just makes me so sad. Jimmy England was my hero as a kid, and I have many fond memories of those teams with Bill Justice, Bobby Croft, Don Johnson,
and Jim Woodall who was my RA two years at UT Sports Camp. Man those were the days.

RIP Jimmy, you'll be missed.

That was a fun team to watch, but my favorite JE game was the state championship game against Alcoa with one of the Marsh brothers matched up against England. Went to either double or triple overtime. Alcoa won on a David Davis' 15 ft rainbow as time expired. Great match up of stars with excellent supporting team mates. Fun stuff back when there were no classifications.

Although the LSU game was cool. Hahn on Pistol Pete...wow.
