With 22.9 ppg, Kevin Punter Jr. is the nation’s eighth-leading scorer and the Capital One Impact Performer of the Week.

The Vols rank 34th nationally in free-throw percentage (.742). In SEC play, that percentage increases to a league-best .821.

Saturday’s contest is TCU’s seventh men’s basketball game in Schollmaier Arena, which opened Dec. 20. The Horned Frogs are 3-3 in the new facility.

Give the Vols an 8-5 record in non-conference play this season.

Give Tennessee a 12-16 all-time record against current mem- bers of the Big 12 Conference.

Give the Vols their second victory away from Knoxville this season. Tennessee previously won at Mississippi State Jan. 16.

Make the Vols 3-2 in their last ve games in the state of Texas, dating to Dec. 17, 2005.

The keys to victory will be winning the turnover battle while Hubbs and Moore need to be in double figures in points to take pressure off Punter. This is a winnable game.

To me we've had several winnable games. Just a hard time finishing. Hopefully, we can play a complete game today and finish strong...be nice to see Kevin drop another 36 on the Horny Frogs...:clapping:

GO VOLS!

Sucked at home vs Vandy.

Looked good at home vs South Carolina.

Looked awful at Alabama.

Should play well today.

There seems to be a trend with this team. Up. Down. Up. Down.

TCU being 9-11 and 1-7 in-conference gives the Vols a golden opportunity to pull out the rare road W.
Therefore, I'm expecting another big, fat L.

TN will need a good second half. Hopefully there will be "gas in the tank" in the final 5-7 minutes.
