It's a really long read, but it's really worth it. It talks about Jeronne Maymon growing up and his transition from Marquette university to coming to Tennessee and learning to become more of a humble player.

Jeronne isn't playing anymore. He is considered retired.

Excellent article. It showed some of the things he went though most people didn't know about and how he dealt with it. Calling your family in tears had to be tough times. He overcame a lot on and off the court. Thanks for posting op.

Dude was a helluva point guard. In the RTL. As big as he was, he really could push the ball. One of my favorite UT players this side of Buzz Peterson.
