I like Al, so I'm glad to see him gainfully employed so soon after the big controversy.
But, I also hope things turn out well for Donnie, too.

They are going to need all the talent they can get because J.J. is a below average coach. He will still find ways to lose with all that talent they are bringing in.

Congrats to Coach Al. I'm glad he landed on his feet. I wish we could've kept him.

Glad to see him land on his feet. He didn't have anything to do with the mess at Southern Miss. He just happen to be friends with DT and it bit him in the azz. Hope he has long run at LSU.

I posted it in the regulars of the basketball thread, but word is Donnie is trying to get a job in the NBA. But yeah, great for Al Pinkins.

Donnie was a sacrificial lamb because the NCAA was mad at UNC and Syracuse. He won't surface in the NCAA for a while. I hope he catches on in the NBA though.
