I know Tarique is probably going to leave, Armani will probably stay, but any news on recruits or is anybody else likely to leave?

I wouldn't be surprised if both of our 15' recruits decommit. That seems to usually be the norm after a coach is fired. We also have a 4 star 16' commit that will suck to lose.

Shembari already said he was staying . Schoefield is waiting to see who is hired.

Al Pinkins is escorting Rob Gray and his parents around campus today. I guess he may still be interested since he didn't leave after Tyndall was fired today.

I think all of the guys will probably wait it out to see who the new coach will be, unless they have a chance for a sure upgrade (except maybe the new recruits). It would be senseless to bailout this soon unless they were already planning to leave.

Some fans (or Trolls) seem to think that these guys can't get an upgrade or even a lateral move to another school, but I wouldn't be too sure of that. Just like some of you were wanting CDT to reach out to some of the Bama boys when their coach was fired other coaches and fans are doing the same thing. I'm pretty darn sure that their are coaches lurking out their right now probably trying to steal Armani and Hubbs.

I know some fans probably would say good riddance to our freshmen and some of them would probably say the same. But I hope here on Volnation our fans understand that the team feels dumped on. Lets be mindful of what we say about them and how we say it. After all, this is their livelihood. This affects them and their future more than it affects the fans.

This situation stinks for the players, 3 coaches in 3 years. I wouldn't blame any of the players if they wanted to leave. Thanks Dave Hart.

Unless players file a request for transfer that would be an NCAA violation.

Man, that's gotta be awkward

Al did the escorting last year when Jabari was on his visit. That's his job as Assistant coach. He had no idea he would be interim coach during this visit.

The guy probably had no idea that Tyndall was being fired today although he may have found out later.

They will probably be filing for transfers just in case. It doesn't necessarily mean they are leaving but being wise in case something better came along.
