Tennessee is 71-18 all-time in exhibition games. That includes a 54-10 mainland record, and a 17-8 record overseas.

The Vols have won nine straight exhibition games dating to a 79-64 loss to Indianapolis Nov. 8, 2010, at Thompson-Boling Arena.

Tennessee's Donnie Tyndall owns a 13-1 head coaching record in exhibition play.

Last November, the Vols posted exhibition victories over Florida Southern (105-80 on Nov. 2) and Southern Indiana (78-47 on Nov. 7).

Give Tennessee a 10-game win streak in exhibition play.

Improve head coach Donnie Tyndall’s record in exhibition games to 14-1.

Give Tennessee four-year seniors Brandon Lopez and Josh Richardson an unblemished 6-0 career record in exhibition games.

Today's game opens the exhibition portion of Tennessee's 106th season of varsity men's basketball.

First-year head coach Donnie Tyndall is the program's 19th all-time head coach.

Tyndall is Tennessee's third head coach in the last decade.

At 44-years-old, Tyndall is the youngest head men's basketball coach in the SEC.

Why wont they play Lincoln Memorial in exhibition games anymore?? Last game LMU played them to a 5pt UT victory. Those exhibition games benefit the D2 schools by adding cash to their budget. Come on man......play and help out the local schools. Dont be scared to lose!!

How do you access SEC+? Does Dish carry it or is it streamed?

Just googled it and it is streamed. It might also be available on ESPN3.

OK thank u cal....I have to record that game tonight but cant wait to see us play.

Probably won't show up on guide til right before game.
Watched a football game on that channel and had to call customer service to get it added to my receiver.
Took them the whole first half to get it straightened out.
You might have to do the same if it doesn't work.

Yeah, I would like to play them for a different reason. Jabari has an old high school foe, Tim Pierce, on Lincoln's team. He was a 3 point shooting machine.

Have fun! Should be an easy win- Cats trampled them by 48 last night, so they should be plenty worn out. :chair:

Watch out for KK Simmons, who lit it up last night- 6 of 9 from 3's and 28 points. Other than that, they're pretty average.

We might want to wait till he graduates to put LMU on the schedule. UT has a tendency to give up career highs to guys like that. :)

UT wont play them. LMU has a great program and they are putting up 28-30 win seasons regularly now. Too much to lose for us.

That's ridiculous. Tennessee played LMU in 2007, 2009, & 2011. They don't play the same teams every year, and Tusculum and Carson-Newman have been on the schedule in the past too. They aren't scared of lower-level local competition. You're reaching.

I only watched a few minutes of the 1st half, but this kid couldn't miss. Lefty wasn't he?

He definitely needs to be accounted for, from the tip.

It seems that Pikeville was 31-3 last year. How are they scared to play good competition? It's an exhibition game for goodness sakes. As Chris said, they just don't play the same teams every year.
