I would be more surprised if he didn't at this point. 58th pick - sign him up for a long term crap deal and take advantage of the situation if you're the sixers.

NBA minimum salary next year is over $500,000 . He is praying for a guaranteed " crap " salary. It would also be a good deal for Sixers to sign all their second round draftees to guaranteed deals. They would get good value.

Yeah but nobody is hoisting trophies by signing 3 second round picks.

I don't think anyone is too concerned about Sixers hoisting anything for a while. Most teams like some cheap contracts to give them cap space to go after bigger fish in free agency. The sixers are in a tank mode this year but it could be useful next year.
