Great read. And his players should read it as well. Nothing wrong with getting the best out of kids when they are willing to give it. First team was dwindled from 27 to 9 players due to attrition of those that couldn't hack it.
And that ratio is probably in line with the ratio of quitters to non quitters in this Country.

Great story. A little long, but worth the time to read. It appears the BB program is in good hands. It seems that Dave Hart "lucked out" again.:rock:

Yes. But you have to go into PC Mode at the bottom of the screen. Once you are in PCMode click on UserCP, then click edit avatar. When you are done getting your avy go to the bottom of the screen and switch back to mobile.

Wonder if thats part of a reason why that team has had so many guys that grinded in their professions to be happy and successful in life. They didn't quit then and the persistence they had to have to get thru Dick Ficks time appears to have helped them in some way. Sometimes old crusty guys like that don't care who they run off because they know the ones who keep fighting will be better for it down the road when you can't quit, or your family pays the price.

Good article. Just for the sake of conversation,but building toughness seems to be Tyndall's calling card. Somebody explain that to a guy that has never played organized hoops. Toughness in backyard hoops in the projects for us was probably a much different quality.
