He was a 2013 prospect, signed with OKST, and then decided to attend prep school instead of enrolling. Essentially, he reclassified to 2014 by never enrolling in college and attending prep school. Tyler Smith did something similar to circumvent Pearl's decision not to release him from his LOI when he was hired. It basically nullifies your LOI.
