Has a decent resume. Decent coach imo. Should be able to consistently get UT to 3rd-4th in the SEC. Don't think he'll take them a ton further than that.

Vols could have done a lot worse, so it's not a bad hire at all.

Can't rate it cause I have no idea if this guy should be coaching here. Hopefully this one was no more successful in forcing a large buyout than the other one so it won't be hard to turn the page if it doesn't pan out.
