Marshall could be considered a rising star. He's been coaching for 20 yrs and it took him 15 or so to get out of the Big South conference.

The people most upset seem to have the standard of 1 NCAA every 4 years with subpar recruiting.

So I figure there are plenty of coaches willing to take the job that are capable of that and it will keep you guys happy.

Unfortunately Hart pretty much said he was blind sided by this, which if true, is hard to understand.
