Not to be a smart A$$ but use the search button, it is your friend. Or look up BTO thread search he is pretty good also.

If CCM leaves it may all change.

You do know you are asking someone to do a lot of work when you can do it yourself.

awesome. Stokes will be back, even though his Memphis folk are all wanting him to go. The transfer is 110% in and all SEC. Reese will be able to shoot and D up. Moore will actually play when we are playing bad and losing games and be the difference in energy instead of riding the pine as we lifelessly lose to an inferior team. DT will fill it up from 3 and be a lockdown defender. Hubbs is basically McRae and Lofton combined. Davis will be a rim protector akin to Motumbo. Chievous hair will be intimidating. All our freshmen recruits have a shot at freshman of the year and we may have a couple one and dones.

Great stuff! I would like to know your input on the upcoming football season. Do you foresee a undefeated record which results in us winning the NC? I bet Hurd and lets say Peterman finish 1 and 2 in the Heisman race as well.

your lucky day. I have turnt a new leaf and will only see things one way. Spartunnelvision. First up, no doom here. With all due respect to Ham, Jam and Lam Jones, we will kill Oklahoma and hold them to less than 100 total yards

Everyone may not be as knowledgeable as yourself. Maybe this guy was just reaching out to see if anyone wanted to pass along some info. Anyway if you don't want to be a smart A$$ then don't. Go on to the next post. Hopefully themoodystwo will quickly learn about the ignore button. It's my favorite tool. Goodbye!

I am not being a Smart A, man have you looked around lately, there are 6 threads on this already. Go do the work and hand it to him. I will bet you do your kids homework too don't you.

Pretty nice of me to give him the threads, Sparty give him a run down of the dream team.

There is info all over the place no need to start a thread. just use the search button and read.

Instead of everyone excusing theirselves as smarta$$'s, let just help him. Or, just don't comment. And of course, I'm not trying to be a smarta$$ or anything...

Glad to have you on board. I'll answer the question. The recruiting class is not getting a ton of love, but I see each recruit being a position of need.

Larry Austin is a true PG that would be considered a defensive specialist. He has good ball handling skills and an improving jumper. He will compete to start from day 1. He would be considered the gem of this class by rank.

Jordan Cornish is a hybrid 2/3. He's physically mature and can get to the rim. Seems to be a streaky shooter and many consider is shooting form lacking. Clearly one of the best players in LA. He may be a bigger Armani Moore type with advanced offensive skills than Armani when he was a frosh. May take a couple years for him to truly contribute, but he has upside.

Phil Cofer is a legacy player. He's wiry, aggressive, has good timing on defense and can jump out of the gym. He will need to put on some weight, but I feel he can contribute right away on the blocks. It will take some time adjusting to the speed and physicality of college ball, but I really like his game.

CJ Turman is a bruiser that matured faster than everyone else and then people surpassed him over time. He is a little raw on the offensive end and I wouldn't consider him greatly athletic. He is a CCM type defensive player that will rebound. I am not saying he is a project, but he will have to truly work on footwork and position on offense or else he will be a liability on that end of the floor.

I am trying to be objective with these assessments and not over-hype them, but not make them out to be garbage. We had needs and we were filling them. We may end up getting a transfer big. I would like to have a shooter as well. This is not going to be considered a Top 25 class, but it is solid for what we needed so far. Also, this is VN. Get used to the abrasive ways of others. Hope you have thick skin. Welcome aboard again.

Guy was just asking a question... I would answer his question but like him last year and this year are the first few years I have really became a basketball fan. I don't understand why some of you are such DB's to others... If it was a stupid question or comment then ok but dang just help another fan out

Great post, imo.

Thanks, UTP. The view of the incoming class is typically very polarizing. Just trying to bring back the balance in a very unsteady time for the fan base and especially on this board. Who knows, if CCM leaves then none of these players may make it here. Hope it's not the case though.

Let me apologize I did not mean it to come off in the light it has evidently been concluded.

Am I mad, yes, because in the midst of all this, I don't any of us know what kind of coach CCM is and will not know for a year or 2.

If he leaves, the recruits for next year are meaningless because the coach that replaces him may not be interested in what CCM has in on the team or what he was bringing into the team.

CCM is still an unknown entity until he gets his players designed for his system and frankly he is On the Job training.

So I apologize there are a lot of threads that do go in depth as to the Martin's recruited class and next year's team with and without Stokes, Rhett and others. All of which be back to ground zero on Wednesday if CCM goes to Marquette.

I dont need your lectures or advice. Either answer my question of shut your face and keep your opinions to yourself. Please stay away from my posts,You are at the bottom of the vol fan trash pit, the ones that everybody hates to have. This is an open forum and I can ask other peoples opinion who may have other forsights that jouranlists doesnt have. Your like that little weed that grows in everybodys yard that everyone hates. The name of that weed is called a dickweed! good day.

I guess you got it all out, nice vent even after I apologized.

Just had to go over the top....cute. Try thicker skin that's the risk you take in social media.

The ignore button works well so use it.
