Ok well it might help if half the fans were actually behind him he is recruiting well and has had moderate success given injuries and late additions in his first few seasons

Recruited well? Stokes was a nice get but was an unusual situation. Hubbs is a nice get but he still hasnt played a game yet. His recruiting is avg. He had two similar seasons where his team looked lost for half the season and then put a run together. That was ecpected in year one, not in year two. Grant out coached him in the bama game that cost us the tournament. Martin never made an adjustment in that game. He has this year to prove he can coach.

He has not recruited well......his top class is barely in the top 30-40 range depending on the service u prefer....we are top 5 in attendance his first couple of yrs, he has gotten plenty of support.

He would be a great player to have wonder if he is eligible next season or has to sit out. He would be a great guy to have when all the seniors and Stokes leave after this season.

If Martin brought this guy on, the same people saying he should look at him would be criticizing him for taking him and saying how much over his head he is.

How many coaches get 20+ win seasons with a depleted roster? There are coaches every year who don't even get 15 wins in major conferences. We're lucky to have gotten Martin. He was the best choice at the time, VCU and Butler's coach wouldn't leave their schools.

So far he has looked in over his head. I hope the light turns on this year for him and the players, but I dont have a lot of confidence thatvit will.
