You do realize his down hill season that we were in the tournament. That's not really a bad season even with all the negativity, drama, and being told he was fired the night before the ncaa tournament game.

Looks like we are going to be 0-2 for the ZO era which makes the next two seasons extremely important.

I liked the CCM hire, and I agree this is how it should go. If he can't get next year's roster to the tourney, he needs to go.

I'm not so sure if he was out looking following his exit from UT. I won't be surprised at all if he ends up coaching again soon, but I don't think he's in a real hurry either.

The trouble with waiting out a coach to see if he can recruit and coach is that his esteem goes down ever year he misses the tourny and by the time he is released we have no credibility as a tourny team. This is why we lost Thomas because he was concerned about not going to the tourny. Granted that was Pearl's fault, but the problem persists and gets worse ever year.

I respect and agree with most of what you say but you have lost your mind if you do not think that the moment Pearl's show cause is lifted he will be hired by someone.
