Is the spacing. It's absolutely horrible. Until that's fixed shots won't fall, the bigs will
Have no room to operate and there will be no driving lanes.

If they could make shots more consistently then people wouldn't be complaining. That includes me about the offense but we are 8-3 so I'll take that.

I agree they need to spread the floor to open up some space for the inside players to work or for perimeter players to drive the basketball. We can't shoot it from the outside we need to realize that and develop another way to attack on offense.

can they bring in a shooting specialist or what? I can smell the shooting from here

It might also have something to do with the guy who was supposed to be a 45% three point shooter actually being a 29% three point shooter. Skykar is getting some wide open looks and failing to hit, I know there's other issues, but if he was shooting like he's supposed to we'd be scoring 65-70ppg.

Less 3s and more trips to the paint would solve that problem.
OP's right, spacing is a big part of the problem.
Our posts still only get about 27% of the touches while we're still jacking about 33% 3s and most of them bricks.
Correct the spacing and it opens up the lanes for slashers which we do have.
Reese may help correct this problem. A little more basketball smarts on the inside doesn't hurt.
Kenny has learned nothing in 4 years.

No movement, worst passing group I've ever seen, can't feed the post or understand the angle and have the worst group of shooters assembled outside Memphis State.

Oh I agree spacing is an issue, I'm just simply saying if skylar was shooting like he's supposed to our offensive woes would be MUCH LESS glaring.

You can't be serious

I wouldn't have said it if I didn't believe it. They have one player on the team that has a shot of starting on a top 20 type team, ONE. The talent level obviously isn't their only issue but having higher caliber players wouldn't hurt either. It is what it is...

Stokes would start on probably half the top 20 teams Atleast. Golden would start on a few of those teams as well.

I find that they play too slow at times. They lack guys that can create offensively and the overall team speed is not where it should be. Defensively they are solid. They really remind me of a Don Devoe team from the 80's.

This team's offensive struggles are easy to point out. We can't hit outside shots with any level of consistency, we can't pass the ball into the post, and we have next to no one willing or capable of driving the ball into the paint to create (Golden being the closest threat here). McRae and Richardson have the ability to drive, but we only see it once or twice a game from them, though Richardson is starting to do it a little more.
