The summer league rosters this year were made up of lots of undrafted players from previous years, with a lot of them having played in international leagues. |

It was more than likely Scotty's choice not to play in the summer leagues than the NBA teams. |

I read that he had a free agent tryout with the Grizzlies prior to the start of summer league. Either he turned down the chance to play in the summer league or he didn't get an invite. |
