| Presbyterian is the final OOC game, obviously it will be a home game. First time since '88 no in state mid major is on the schedule. Quinn has an article in govolsxtra talking about the high payouts being the main reason. |

| That only comes out to 30 games. Doesn't a normal schedule have 31? Also, do we know when dates and times come out? I'm an NHL season ticket holder, and as soon as they release the schedule in July I get antsy for the UT hoops schedule so I can see how many conflicts there are and which weekends I can get back to Knoxville |

I guess this years will just have 30.
Full schedule with sec opponents and times in probably late August iirc |

| Xavier released their OOC schedule and it has them playing at Tennessee on December 29th. Would be a shame for one of the bigger OOC home games to be when students are on break. Link for the release.

Link for the release. | I won't argue, as I'll certainly be there, and I usually can't make it when school is in session. Memphis may well be when students are on break too, but I'd hope enough come back a couple days early for it. |

| I don't understand these in state OOC games. I didn't read the article but I'm guessing they are asking for too much? Pretty ridiculous IMO. A lot of these kids grew up UT fans and it's a shame they don't get to play in TBA. It's good for the state and the fans.

So when you can get other low majors to play for 20-40 thousand less, I don't blame UT. |

For the OOC...
HOME: Xavier, Wichita state, Memphis, Oakland, Kennessaw State, Western Carolina, 1 more low-mid major
AWAY: Georgetown, Virginia
NEUTRAL: 3 games in Puerto Rico
If we can come out with a tournament win in puerto Rico, the rest of the schedule sets up nicely, lots of home games. Need to re establish that home court advantage at TBA.
Hard to predict a win total without knowing the full SEC schedule though, should be out in August. |
Looking forward to this one... |

I live about 10 minutes away and have several friends that have been giving me endless **** about us losing 2 in a row against their Alma mater. |

| In the Puerto Rico Tip Off, NC State plays Penn St in the first round and will play the winner of UMass/Providence.
I'm guessing our first round game will be UNCA, and we'll play the winner of OSU/Akron |

Win that over Nc State and we will be raising some eyebrows, good media attention, huge benefit to our recruiting targets. |

| Pretty solid odds it will be NC State vs. Tennessee in the final. We would be heavy underdogs in that one |
