basketball season is in four months!!!!!!!!!!!

Man, I cannot wait. This team is going to be good guys. I know there is a little hesitation, and we need some guys to step up. But damn, I can't help but think what this team becomes. The players have bought in to Coach Martin. This team is going to be beastly on D and the boards. The offense will be better and more consistent.

This team is easily a top 20 team in my mind. They got a chance to do some special things on the Hill this year.

I'm excited and can't wait. I'm interested in seeing a full year under Martin and what it's done for the team but I get pretty excited thinking about Stokes and what he's been able to do in the offseason.

I still love Tennessee football, but I'm nowhere near as dedicated to my fandom (whatever the hell that means) as I am to the Tennessee basketball program.

I'm excited about this team AND I'm exciting about where Coach Martin may have us going in terms of recruiting. If we were to land Hubbs and Nichols, watch out. We go from a highly competitive, top 20 team this upcoming year, to a potential title contender the following year. Maybe I'm a little too excited, but why not be? It's July!

Hubbs is a top ten player. Nichols is a fine player who will contribute. Get a point guard and another big man, and boom, that's a national title contending team right there.
