U18 USA Team competition level?

I noticed those size 20's were putting up some impressive numbers so far...are these opponents D1 talent? I'm excited about bball season! I wonder if Stokes may wear a size 21 next year!?! Go Vols!

Definitely not strong D1 competition. Stokes has been the best player on the team full of highly recruited guys though.

no. these teams are not d 1 talent.

What are you all basing it on saying that these teams don't have d1 talent? That's a bit hard to say when these guys dont come here to play, so how can you legitimately say that.

I for a fact, can say team Canada has D1 talent, so no these teams aren't practice teams. Team Canada has Andrew Wiggins & Xavier Rathan-Mayes, 2 guys who are legitimate top 20 players.

So I'm no sure what you're basing it on that none of these teams have D1 level players, because the truth is brazil and Mexico don't sent people here for college, so you honestly don't know. Team Canada however, does have guys who are highly recruited and are among the better players in the country.
