| '13 JUCO PF/C Reigarvius Williams Reigarvius Williams
6'8" Freshman
Gordon College
Macon, Georgia
Once again another player we're recruiting and probably will offer, I would love to know where this other scholarship is coming from.
Anyways, has impressive numbers, I'm not too sure about level of competition though.
17.7ppg 10.3rbd 1.1blk 1.6stl 1ast 1.7to 54%fg 30% 3pt 70%ft
The shooting and rebounding numbers are very impressive. Seems like a big man who can step out and probably hit the 3, and is a good rebounder.
This from today:
“@Coast2CoastHoop: Per his coach, Jarvis Williams a big man from Gordon College (JUCO) picked up a UConn offer today. Tennesee will be in to watch him today.”
“@Coast2CoastHoop: Gordon JUCO (GA) forward Jarvis Williams lists Tennessee, Arkansas, Memphis, UConn, Tennessee State and more.” |

| First video is a workout clip. Holy explosive leaper, definitely knows how to finish at the rim and i love that in a big man. Definitely a sweet shooting stroke as well... Gordon College Basketball: Reigarvius Williams - YouTube
Second video, highlights from a couple games. This guy is an athlete, at 6'8" can bring it up the court, has a nice touch, and is a quick leaper. Once again, not too sure about competition, but he looks like he'd be a solid addition, especially for next season. | | Senior Member | BTO I am with you in that I don't know where we are going to find another schollie. But I guess Coach Martin has a plan. I wish we could be enlightened somehow on that. I know that there could be some options but I am curious to know who would be let go or whatever. |

| From Jarvis' game today:
“@Andrevius: Lots of coaches in the gym 3, including Tennessee and UCONN many eyes on Jarvis Williams of Gordon #SHReport”
“@CoachKWatkins: 6'8" Jarvis Williams just showed his versatility by stepping out to guard a pg then retreated back to block 6'7" post player #SHReport” |

| 12' JUCO PF/C Reigarvius Williams That may be a typo on the kid being a '12 recruit. If he's just a freshman, I don't think he can play in the SEC. Believe a JUCO has to have an Associate's degree to qualify for the SEC. I could be wrong, but I'm guessing he's really a '13 guy. Quote:

It's if you go to juco because you couldn't qualify, see Chris jones, that you have to stay for atleast 2 years. |

Alot of people going to JUCO for non academic reasons are able to graduate in one year and therefore can come after one year. Could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time |

Regular students can no question that part is clear, it's the athlete part I'm unsure of. I seem to remember awhile back this same discussion and finding out that if you didn't go because of academics you could leave after one year. |
