| He has had chances to get out of the doghouse. One good performance isn't going to undo all the crap performances he has acquired. |

I saw him get burned. Just wondering that we haven't seen much of him after the first half of the Pitt game. |

what post players can you say that about???
if he was a 2 or 3 im sure hed have had his shot, but he plays post. maymon, stokes and hall before he was suspended were light years better than miller.
he didnt deserve minutes over any one of those 3 guys. |

He seems to make several impressive individual defensive plays, but his overall understanding of team defense is lagging behind. Perhaps he just needs some live playing time to improve that. With his offensive efficiency, I think we could tolerate him getting beaten on defense occasionally. |

All his buckets were offensive putbacks or easy buckets near the rim.

| he reminded me a lot of weezy tonight, popping out for those 3's. imo if im ccm, im busting his butt on learning the D in practice, because if his actual game is him being able to hit that 3 that could be a nice addition.
with that said, as long as kenny is suspended he will continue to get some minutes. yemi is just bad imo at this point, he cant do anything offensively, if he gets the ball posted up it's either a walk or he's falling out of bound or throwing it away. he also gets lost on defense pretty regularly as well, so id expect to see miller get his chances atleast until hall returns, if he does. |

Even better, they are offense AND rebounding. You said he had brought nothing offensively. I don't understand that. If you meant to say perimeter offense, I would agree. I don't think anyone could foresee him as a perimeter threat, but I think 22 points in 44 minutes speaks volumes. Perhaps if we had seen him more, we would know more about him. |

If he continues to play like this, fantastic. Just don't believe he well.
And yes, putbacks are offense, but I was talking more about offensive skill in terms of post moves, shooting, driving, etc.

He plays at a deep position and as we have stated, his defense is lagging behind. Perhaps his practice habits need work too, although having heard him in interviews, I don't see him as the lazy type. I think he suffers from playing at a position that is deeper than what we thought it would be before the season. |
