Hell I'm not worried though cause no matter who Donovan gets he can't beat Tennessee. |

And even with Stokes he only played 12 mins in the game in Gainesville. It has been a struggle for them against the Vols. |

| Being rumored Tennessee is definitely in his top 3, good news. However, it seems UK definitely is also, but they've yet to offer.
This is a situation where we hope some other bigs they've offered commit to UK before jw3 does. If they land a couple commits jw3 may possibly cool on them, or they may cool on him. |

| hmmm. Well well......
this should be interesting. I don't see JW3 going to Lexington though. Without reading back (if it was posted) how much contact has Cal had with him?

Cal came to visit both JW3 and Leron Black a few months ago. It's not so much the attention from Cal that spurs these rumors though. It's the adoration that JW3 is rumored to have for Cal.
If I had to guess, I'd say Cal is interested, especially with these new reports of physicality from JW3. He'll have the kid hold off on his commitment anywhere until May or June next season when he knows who is leaving UK, then maybe make an offer. |

| Some good news:
Apparently Rob Lewis from VQ feels we are a major player for Williams. Also, rumors (mostly here) say we are a serious factor. Adding him and Nichols would be awesome.

| The thought of adding 3 "Memphis" guys, in hubbs, Nichols and jw3 is one class is crazy. Bring them in and keep stokes, and you have 4 very good menphis kids on the roster, not sure I thought I'd ever see that.
That would really open up the pipeline into Memphis IMO, we're already seeing the effects of just stokes being here. If we can have a great year, beat Memphis, and hopefully pastner underachieves again, the door may be wide open to Memphis. |

Most Memphians have never heard of Newbern, TN or have any idea what area of the state it's located in.
Nichols: private school kid from Eads (Memphis suburb; cruise around Germantown or Bartlett and ask the residents if they consider themselves to be Memphians).
JWIII: he's a Memphian |

JWIII: he's a Memphian | I know this, thus the reason I put it in quotations. They're from that area, especially Nichols and JW3, hubbs is thrown into that category because of being from west tn. |

What's his game like? | It'll be interesting to see how he's used if brought in. His game is compared to Lamar Odom, and both actually happen to be leftys. He gets that label point forward because he can handle the rock, and actually has more of a face up game than post up. At 6'8"/6'9" 210lbs, he doesn't have the typical size of a SEC C. It's intriguing to think of running him at the 4 or even possibly the 3 with the mismatches you could create, however I don't see him being at C. I actually think Nichols would probably see time at C before JW3 would.
If stokes returns my guess is you'll see stokes at the 5, with Nichols and jw3 at the 4, with Nichols getting a few minutes at the 5, and JW3 a few minutes at the 3. Lots of versatility with those 3 guys.

So like a more athletic Ty Smith then?
