I think Chievous had an agreement coming in to redshirt his first year regardless if he could contribute or not. He was head and shoulders better than Richardson in the Rocky Top League this past year (I know it's the RTL), but he definitely looked like he could play as a Freshman. He was who I was most excited about seeing. Not seeing any minutes in the exhibition games is what tells me that he was never going to play this year. Could be wrong though. |

| | Senior Member | Zjc is right. Someone has to leave or give up their scholly to open up a scholarship in the spring. I am also hearing on another message board there may be a PG transfer for next year but its just a rumor. Mitchell is Top 100 and I would love to land him. Go Vols! |

Also, Tatum leaves this year along with Woolridge. | I wouldn't say we are his leader. We are in his top group though. He has yet to OV or even take his SAT/ACT yet. We need to get him up here on an OV and he needs to get qualified. Also have to hope that Stokes presence doesn't cool him on us as they play the same position. Mitchell is much more of a traditional PF, while Stokes is a hybrid-type PF. |

I would think the coaches would just as soon get their own players in that fit the system they want to install. |
