After Sampson messed up in Oklahoma, Indiana hired him. So, it is possible that Pearl would be hired again.
Of course, he would have to start at UAB, Tulane, New Mexico State etc. then a few seasons later, he could move to a bigger school.
Mike Price messed up at "O Bama" but U.T.E.P. hired him.
Rick Neuheilzer messed up at Colorado, with recruits getting "Escort girls" and he messed up at Washington
with gambling but he still got a job at U.C.L.A.
The only way that Pearl doesn't coach on the college level again is if he doesn't want to. I am sure that offers will trickle in after his ban is completed.

Why would you say that? Pearl is obviously the only thing that UT has ever had. This little minor NCAA snafu is a mere speedbump in the road to his return to dominance. It's pretty obvious that the only reason we didn't fire CM after his 8th game as coach is because he is merely keeping the seat warm for CBP's return.
