Georgia Tech def. They have a pretty good traditional program, they have big time recruits in their neighborhood and have nice facilities. GT is a very nice place.

There are college athletes who can't read. Athletes are seemingly what minimum requirements are for. I'm sure the dumb ones wouldn't be doing engineering at GT though.
