| Question about 2012 With Jones and Ware being our only new faces next year, and no big men, where does that leave us rotation wise? Seems like Jones is another Golden/Goins scoring guard rather than distributor, and Ware looks like a more athletic replica of Tatum on his videos. So is this how we go next year? :
PG- Jones/Golden/McBee
SG- Tatum/McRae/McBee
SF- Hopson/Ware
PF- Harris/Maymon/Woolridge??
C-Hall/Woolridge???
Doesn't look good for us any way you spin it, we will have absolutely no presence down low, and unfortunately McBee has 2 more years.. Pearl needs to start looking in the T-Recs for a 7 footer who can walk and chew gum at the same time. It's gonna be tough being a Vol basketball fans these next few years. |

If Hall can improve as well I think we will be quite good actually. I think we will pick up another Fields type JUCO guy for next year too. |

| we need jump shooters, a solid big man, and good PG play. We might get good PG play and a good shooter in Jones, but we need a lot more than one guy. Plus idk if it is a good idea to rely so much on one guy being the answer.... especially if he is a frosh. People will most likely be let down. |

| I think the next few years will be tough, especially going against Florida and Kentucky. Cal just keeps getting the players. Bruce and the crew need to step it up with recruiting |

Unless he gets on fire from here on out, he'd be better off waiting another year. Tobias for sure.
But there's no way that Woolridge can play the 5. He is too small and would get absolutely abused down there.
BTW... I've yet to see a player put on much bulk in UT's weight program. Is Troy Willis doing his job? Or is it the players? I've heard him remark about former players that pretty much refused to work in the weight room. |

| We are taking a hit on recruiting due to the pending NCAA situation with Pearl. I fully agree that we are going to have a serious problem at the post next year and any one left to sign for next year is not going to be a quality post player. Guess a body would be better than nothing. |

| There is another possibility to consider: the NCAA imposes scholarship reductions for the basketball program. |

| Way too early to be talking about next season. So much rides on whatever punishments the NCAA dishes out. |
