This is even a stretch for you and that's saying a lot. It reminds me of the recruiting thread where Dooley said he wanted bigger safeties and said 220. So if Dooley recruits safeties less than 220 does that make him a liar. One guy thought so. | As usual he has to attempt to play to the minions through tears, or in this case by clinging to the do the right thing schtick he's banged the drum on his career.
Just promise when this pathological liar departs Knoxville you'll be OTD with him? Posted via VolNation Mobile |

| I watched it, and to be honest, did seem like Bruce was trying too hard to make himself look sympathetic/like the good guy(oh I'll be in the hotel, twidlin' my thumbs!), and Dykes did call him on it in the most a-hole way possible.
TV gold.

Once again your argument is dumb so you get off topic. Bruce is a dumb ass for lying, and I think he should be given a 2nd chance. However, if he goes then he has no one to blame but himself. I hardly call that one of his little minions, but hey this is coming from Hat's little minion so I guess you would know. |

That's what I thought made the exchange so funny.

| I doubt that UT is negotiating anything with Pearl at this point. |

Go back and watch his interview with Jimmy Dykes. Perfect example. Posted via VolNation Mobile | You undoubtedly hate Pearl. So you are bound to see everything in the worse light possible. The only valid comments that I have seen comes from one that do hate or love. |

| You simply can't say anything negative about this situation and Pearl without being a "hater". |

| Help me out, I don't get it...is there something new here. The contract stuff has been talked about on this board for some time. The interviewer really didn't ask him about the contract, Pearl brought it up. He's working with out a contract, that's not news. He wasn't asked to divulge the details of the contract he had or the one he and the school have been working on. I realize some may feel like he should just sign whatever the school puts in front of him, and be glad he still has a job. I understand that point of view. The article mentions the "iron clad" contract he had...once again old news. seems like just a slow news day to me. From the same folks who update us on the Cam Newton saga daily, meh. |

Nothing new to discuss until the letter is received from the NCAA. |
