Despite scoring more runs off Ole Miss starter Drew Pomeranz than any other team this season and rallying from three down to tie the score in the fifth inning, the University of Tennessee baseball team couldn't hold the Rebels off the board late and dropped a 7-3 decision Friday night at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field in Oxford, Miss.

I remember catching Drew's older brother Stuart in a showcase about 6 or 7 years ago. If Drew is anywhere near as good as his older sibling, I can see how him giving up 3 runs through 7 innings is a less than stellar outing, even in the SEC.
Another tough weekend start for the BaseVols- hopefully next season (and a new coach) will bring about some better results....
