Davis' Homer, Strong Pitching Lead Vols Over Kentucky, 8-2
Sophomore Kentrail Davis' two-run homer in the top of the sixth inning gave Tennessee its first lead of the game and led the Vols to an 8-2 victory over Kentucky at Cliff Hagan Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The homer put Tennessee up 2-1 before it added a run in the seventh, four in the eighth and one in the ninth.

It was a good comeback by the offense. They didn't have any hits until either the 5th or 6th inning.
