If it rains, do they have the same rules as MLB? That is, do five innings make the game "official?"

I don't know. With it being a tournament game, I would think they would just suspend it and pick it back up tomorrow.

I have a question. IF the game is postponed because of rain, do they get to keep the runs when the game resumes, even if it's tomorrow?

In the majors, the runs are wiped out if the game does not go at least five innings, or, in this case, 4.5 innings. I don't know what the rules are for college or if they are different for the playoffs.
