| The second ETSU loss was much worse. This Western Carolina team featured many players that were on the team that took UNC to the wire last year in their regional final.
This loss is terrible, but the good news is that Lockwood was great after giving up 3 runs in the first, and they will be fired up for the Vanderbilt series, because getting to Hoover is the only thing that matters.

| What is it going to take to turn the baseball program around. I am fairly uneducated on this subject as I am only a Vol football/basketball fan.

| That sucks, how do things look for them next year? Are they bringing alot back or will it be a rebuilding strategy?

Hernandez, (another good pitcher) is a sophomore.
Tennessee has a pretty good class coming in.
It's not going to be rebuilding so much as adding depth and hoping the young guys mature. | |
