I don't know how many other coaches would have retooled like Raleigh. This team has lost a lot of good players, and without TR's effort, the team would have been left for dead.

It's looking more and more like Mike Hamilton is 2 for 2 in terms of firing and hiring coaches. We know he hit a HR with the Peterson to Pearl process. The Delmonico to Raleigh transition is looking brighter all the time.
