No. 25-ranked Tennessee jumped out to an early lead on Saturday afternoon and with the help of a two-run homer from Justin Ammons, the Volunteers took a 6-2 win over Cincinnati in Game Two of a doubleheader at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

Tennessee Baseball is off to a great start! Several of the young Freshman are looking like absolute recruiting steals! Tennessee beat UC-Irvine a few weeks ago. Was that a big win? Well, UC-Irvine just took two straight wins against #1 Ranked TCU this weekend. Serrano, Simcox and staff are doing a great job. They will be around for a very long time, and for that I am greatful.
