The Tennessee Volunteer Baseball Program has announced the addition of Lance Sewell as the team's head strength and conditioning coach entering the 2016 season. With more than 20 years of experience at the collegiate, minor league and Major League levels, Sewell joins the Vols after spending 12 years as a strength and conditioning coach for the University of Texas Longhorns.

Wonder what happened to Herman Demmink? Sewell seems like a good hire I guess.

He left right around the end of fall practice, he had an opportunity that he could't pass up from what I understand. I believe he also just had a child (1st or 2nd??) around that time, he left on great terms as well.
