Some of our players were not playing full out, didn't have their hearts in the game, and were debbie downers so coach sent them home.

I think he needs to work on mechanics more than he needs live ab's. I know live ab's are more valuable. Been there, done that.

He only played in 33 games. No reason why rest should be the issue here IMO unless he is injured
