Tennessee used a dominant performance by left-handed starter Andy Cox and a two-run homer by SEC Player of the Week Christin Stewart to scratch past No. 23 Missouri on Thursday night, taking a 5-2 win in Game One of the weekend series at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

I had to miss this kickass game due to Math class along with a Math Test.

Vols need to bring their A game to beat the mighty Tigers so far they did in game one. Now they'll need to do it again on Friday to take the series which would be major.
Go Vols let's make it 2 in a row against the Mizzou Tigers.

Tennessee beat a pretty good pitcher last night. It was a big win obviously. It is imperative the Vols win this series. A sweep would be manna from Heaven for the Vols SEC tournament chances. Absolutely have to win this series.

A healthy Andy Cox changes everything. Gives the Vols 2 very good starters each weekend and hopefully Owenby can build on last week's start to give Vols a strong third.
