Also, D1-Baseball has just revamped their website and hired some of the top reporters in college baseball. They are trying to become the go-to site for college baseball, and from the looks of things they may become very successful delivering up to the minute news and analysis in college baseball. Best of luck to them as we needed a quality site covering D1 baseball for a long time now.........

They took Kendall Rogers and Aaron Fitt from PG. That's a good start.

Any ideal how good FIU will be?

you could probably email someone on D1-Baseball and get a response fairly quickly........they have someone that covers the Southeast.

Winning 2 out of 3 would be OK, sweep would be better of course.

EDIT: just looked at their website, last year they were 36-20 and play out of Conference USA. The only common opponent was MTSU. They lost 2 of 3. Our 1st game with MTSU we won 2-0 and the 2nd game was cancelled.

Other than that, they have a lot of guys from the Miami area and mostly from the state of Florida. I would imagine they are very respectable.

They were already my favorite site as PG was a little too high school centric.

I notice D1 has a premium membership but the benefits hardly justify $99/year. I really don't give a damn about player profiles and such.
