In this poll, Vols are 33rd nationally, 6th in SEC and 4th in SEC East. Vols may be coming on at the right time. It seems like the league is down a little from past years.

I think with all of the returning talent and the great Freshman class we have, 33 is just about right. Our pitching will be better if Marks and Kane come to play. Cox, Martin, and Serrano are already good pitchers.
I am way more worried about hitting in the infield. Houser has not proven to be a good hitter at catcher but neither has shultz. They're both fantastic behind the plate, but I hope they develop as a solid platoon.

I think I'll make a thread about line up speculation.
