I don't think I could advise my son against taking that kind of money if that's the path he chooses. There's risk in any choice, but that's a lot of money to get started out in life with if one is wise and humble.

its a case by case basis. Lane has 1-2 round talent. He could make alot more money if he had came. orange glasses tho. Really hope Steen stays

If he got 750,000 then he got second to third round money and I don't blame him for going. If he only got what his slot value was ( somewhere around 340,000) then I think he should've went to school.

If I had to guess, more of SC wasn't taken because they were probably high on boards, but just not high enough to sign, therefore a team wouldn't waste a pick that won't sign when they can get someone who just might

that's where you gotta be. It's a science to them

Arky also lost their pitcher though.

So, only people who have not signed in the top 10 rounds are Vandy's Touki Toussaint (1st Round RHP) and Dylan Cease (6th Round RHP),and Tennessee's Kevin Steen (9th Round RHP).

Will start on the higher rounds soon.

When is the signing deadline for Steen?

Not good news - I expected him to be a Tennessee Vol this coming year - An unexpected loss to the recruiting class... May not hurt much next year but need some quality players in the next class....
