Wednesday:

Arkansas St. @ Ole Miss
No. Colorado @ Missouri

Next weekend:
Auburn @ Tennessee
Alabama @ Arkansas
Florida @ Texas A&M
Georgia @ LSU
So. Carolina @ Kentucky
Missouri @ Ole Miss
Vanderbilt @ Miss. State

Tennessee and Kentucky are the only homestanding Eastern teams.

And lo and behold, the Gamecocks are actually leaving the state. I hope they've got their passports and visas ready!

Kentucky will need to make up for poor performance this weekend. They have a tough opponent to do it against.

I think there will be several sweeps next weekend. LSU and Ole Miss being two, and Vanderbilt and Tennessee having a good shot.

Somewhat shocking that after a weekend lsu is 1-2 while Alabama and Auburn are 2-1.
It's one weekend so not overreacting but shocking considering Lsu has been a Kansas of sec baseball.

Great to see the vols are 2-1 keeping up with the topshot gamecocks.
Vandy and Florida also 2-1 damn what a crowded division it's like the 2013 NFC west.

LSU will still win the west. However, they have to go to Ole Miss April 17-19 (Thurs night on ESPNU.)

That will play a huge roll is deciding the division winner. All the other schools in west are mainly also rans.

Austin Peay is incredibly young. I want to say they started 8 freshmen one game this year. I'm looking forward to Auburn.

Why are you so salty about South Carolina's schedule? If you had a formula that yielded the type of results they get wouldn't you stick with it?

Because it's a gutless way to do it.

Florida and Georgia do the same thing in football as they refuse to leave their immediate area for out-of-conference match ups.

And then for their fans to whine that they should be #1 as they vie with teams who have actually left their area code to play real road games is laughable.

Oooookay. Be sure and suggest they put an asterisk on the trophy case holding those two CWS trophies with a notation that reads "But won in a gutless way".

Although I totally agree in principle, it's important to remember that South Carolina has developed probably the top atmosphere in college baseball. And add that to the fact that 1. It seems to work, and 2. There's a lot of money to be made and you would have to be stupid to play games away from that stadium if you didn't have to.

Wish UT was gutless enough to win CWS.
