R.A. Dickey Impressing

I hate the Mets, but gotta show some respect for R.A. He's definitely making his mark, along with Arencibia. Good to see the Basevols still making headlines.

2 complete game one-hitters in a row is pretty phenomenal.

Couldn't have happened to a more deserving player. Hope he keeps this up!

Comments remind me of VN. Critique of Ron Guidry's season in '78 = "....AL East in 1978 is not like 2012...".

Yeah, right, kids....they used a square ball way back then in the dark ages and hitters wore blindfolds and the bats had holes in them.

EUREKA! Finally a post about R.A. Dickey! He visits Nashville often, so I've heard him on the radio. Still the unassuming guy who's become a dominating pitcher. Guess I need to visit Vol BB forum more; all I ever get on homepage is whining & fb recruiting. Way to go R.A.!!

As I told one of my friends- I'm a Tennessee fan first and foremost. Despite the fact that he plays on the Mets (bleh), I want him to succeed and succeed a whole lot.
