You people get really worked up over how somebody wears their hat.

Baseball hat bills have been bent forever (in fact we used to hate new hats because the bills were flat) on the sides by PLAYERS for a really good reason-functionality. The shade for your peripheral vision, especially. Blinders that can be adjusted. It worked for the sun and it worked under lights. Sunglasses don't do the same thing, but they aid when the ball is right in the sun. I guess now trendy is more important than function. If enough trendies wear a silk top hat with a feather on teevee I expect that will be the next gear for players and fans.

My hatred for the Digi Pattern grows stronger almost daily (especially walking around in the multicams), but I'd buy that hat if it was fitted. I've grown accustomed to the fitted feel and don't care for the adjustables anymore.

I'll wear anything that's low slung on top with curved bill. That ridiculous looking hat above with flat bill has enough bill material o it to make a freaking sleeping bag.

perhaps it's my whiteness, but I only go with the curved bill as well. Honestly, the only hats I wear anymore are the Franchise/Twins/Forty Seven brand hats. They've changed names more times than i can remember, but I keep sticking with them.

Call me whatever you want, but I laugh at the white kids wearing the flat billed stuff. They look goofy as he** to me. Non-whites pull it off better, but I still think it's a goofy look. Especially tipped to the side and as part of a baseball uniform.
